Dave Matthews Band are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year with an extensive summer tour, and today the band has added another date to their schedule in the form of an opening-night performance in their hometown of Charlottesville, VA.

The show will kick off the tour on May 7 at Charlottesville’s John Paul Jones Arena, and all proceeds from the night will go to help local Charlottesville charities via DMB’s Bama Works Fund, which was founded by the band in 1999 and receives a portion of every concert ticket sold.

Tickets for the show will be available to Warehouse Fan Association members tomorrow, March 23, and to Citi Card Members on March 29, with general sales beginning April 1. See Dave Matthews Band’s full summer tour schedule below.
