Phish drummer Jon Fishman continues blazing the campaign trail for Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, as the musician appeared at an event yesterday, talking to voters in a Philadelphia coffee shop, and is slated to make two more stops today in the city.

Fishman, a native Philadelphian, will appear today at 4pm at Philly Sweettooth in Queen Village then again at North Bowl in Northern Liberties at 9pm, according to the Sanders campaign (via NBC Philadelphia).

The appearances come as the deadline for voter registration for the Pennsylvania primaries arrives today and coincides with the opening of the Sanders campaign offices in Philadelphia. The primary itself will take place April 26.

UPDATE

Fishman’s second event tonight at North Bowl will feature a performance by the drummer, along with specials guests including Dopapod’s Eli Winderman, Particle’s Clay Parnell, Muscle Tough members Joe Baldacci, Ross Bellenoit and Jon Coleman, Ian McGuire and local DJs Risky Discko.
