Warren Haynes continued his Ashes & Dust tour last night in Spokane, WA, playing a one-set, two-encore performance at the Bring Crosby Theater.

Before diving into his set that featured tour staples like the Allman Brothers Band’s “Jessica,” Little Feat’s “Skin It Back” and plenty of Ashes & Dust cuts like “Company Man” and “Spots of Time,” Haynes opened up the night with a nod to guitar great Eric Clapton, whose birthday it was yesterday, by playing “Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?” from Clapton’s Derek & the Dominoes.

Haynes rounded out the night with two encores, first playing Lead Belly’s standard “Where Did You Sleep Last Night” before returning to the stage for “Two of a Kind Blues.” Next up for Haynes and company is a three-night Colorado run starting tomorrow at Denver’s Ogden Theatre.
