This past weekend, Yonder Mountain String Band participated in a celebration of Wavy Gravy’s 80th birthday with a benefit concert that raised money for the iconic entertainer’s SEVA Foundation.

During the show, which also featured music from Steve Earle, New Riders of the Purple Sage and more, Blues Traveler frontman John Popper came up to join Yonder for a few songs, including a run of his hit “Runaround.” Watch a video of that performance above.

The set also featured a cover of one of the many traditional tunes made famous by the Grateful Dead, “I Know You Rider,” along with Wavy Gravy himself sitting at the side of the stage, helping out on kazoo and air guitar. Watch videos of the song and the host’s antics below.
