Aaron Neville, who celebrated his 75th birthday earlier this year, has announced that he will release his newest album, Apache, on July 15. The first single from the abum, “Be Your Man,” has also premiered on The Wall Street Journal‘s Speakeasy.

Apache was produced by Soulive/Lettuce guitarist Eric Krasno, who also co-wrote most of the songs with Neville and Dave Gutter of the Rustic Overtones. Krasno also appears on “Be Your Man” along with some of the Dap-Kings horn section. Listen to the song below.

Along with a run of summer tour dates, Neville will continue his 75th birthday celebration with a special performance at New York’s historic Apollo Theater on August 4. More information on that concert is available here.
