Steve Kimock played a special show at The Hive in Sandpoint, ID, earlier this week for which he borrowed Jerry Garcia’s 1976 Travis Bean guitar from its current owner, Jeff Grady.

Grady, the proprietor of The Hive, lent the Travis Bean TB500 to Kimock for the show, which was with his KIMOCK band featuring son John Morgan on drums. Watch a video of Kimock playing the guitar on “Let it Rock” above and “Crazy Fingers” below. The Travis Bean guitar was used by Garcia during the mid-70s and is featured on the Grateful Dead studio album Blues For Allah.

KIMOCK continues their tour today at the Targhee Music Festival in Alta, WY.
