Perry Farrell and Jane’s Addiction threw it back to one of the original Lollapalooza’s with a set last night at the 25th edition of the festival in Chicago that featured a pair of Lolla alums.

Among them, Rage Against the Machine and Prophets of Rage guitarist Tom Morello, who came out for “Mountain Song” towards the end of the band’s set. Morello and Rage have had the honor of performing at four Lollapaloozas over the years, dating back to 1992. RATM made their triumphant return in 2008.

To close the show, Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin joined the fold for the “Jane Says” finale. Chamberlin and the Pumpkins only played Lollapalooza once, in 1994, as they headlined the North American tour that kicked off in July of that year.
