Intertwined acts Bustle in Your Hedgerow and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have confirmed a few upcoming dates. Both outgrowths of the New York Club scene, Bustle is an instrumental Led Zeppelin tribute act featuring Joe Russo (drums), Marco Benevento (keyboards), Ween bassist Dave Dreiwitz and Wolf! guitarist Scott Metzger while Almost Dead is a Grateful Dead-inspired project featuring the four musicians as well as American Babies/Brothers Past frontman Tom Hamilton.

Bustle in Your Hedgerow, who have eased up on their shows since Almost Dead formed in 2013, will play a Rocks Off concert cruise circling New York City aboard on The Jewel on August 30. The show will double as a 43rd birthday party for Rocks Off founder Jake Szufnarowski, who put Bustle together for his 30th birthday in 2003.

Meanwhile, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead have announced two December dates. On December 15, the quintet will perform at Denver, CO’s Ogden Theater and on December 16, the group will celebrate the Dead’s music at Boulder, CO’s Boulder Theater.

Both groups will also perform at Scranton, PA’s The Peach Festival, which is slated from August 11-14.
