Dave Matthews Band opened up their three-night stand at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA, last night with a performance full of DMB favorites and a special guest.

The first half of the set kicked off with “The Best of What’s Around” and included “Satelite,” the Matthews solo cut “Stay Or Leave,” “Warehouse” and more before the second half of the show was started out with an appearance from Brazilian woodwind player Carlos Malta, who helped the band out on “What Would You Say,” “Lover Lay Down” and, later, “Recently.” The encore on the night featured a trio performance of “Oh” that led into the band’s classic cover of Bob Dylan’s “All Along the Watchtower.”

Malta has guested with the band a number of times in the past, including when they visited Brazil in late 2013. Watch a video from that performance below. Dave Matthews Band return to the Gorge stage tonight and tomorrow.
