After ringing in 2017 with their first trip to Hawaii, the Terrapin All-Stars will stick around the Aloha State for another show featuring members of The String Cheese Incident and more. The concert will benefit Kaua’i Hospice’s Transitional Music and Boundless Compassion.

Dubbed A Grateful Aloha, the event will take place on January 6 at the Kaua’i Community College Performing Arts Center in Lihue, HI, and will find the Terrapin All-Stars, featuring Grahame Lesh, Ross James, Scott Law, Jason Crosby and Alex Korford, teaming up with String Cheese’s Bill Nershi and Keith Moseley, along with Tim Bluhm of The Mother Hips and Danny Kortchmar. The collective will be playing music from the Grateful Dead, SCI, The Mother Hips, singer-songwriters of the ’70s and ’80s and originals from the members. Ticketing information is available here.

As previously announced, the same lineup of Terrapin All-Stars will also join Phil Lesh for a two-night New Year’s Eve run in Hawaii, playing on December 29 at Castle Theater in Maui, and December 31 at the Hawaii Theatre in Honolulu.
