Phish concluded their two-night stint at Grand Prairie, TX’s Verizon Theatre last night, with only the Halloween celebration in Las Vegas remaining on their fall tour.

Last night’s show touched on a few numbers not played yet on this tour as well as a few not performed in several years. Among the highlights, an opening “Daniel Saw the Stone” that kicked off a first set which featured takes on “Cities,” “Foam,” “Walk Away” and “What’s the Use?” among other Big Boat tracks and older favorites.

The second set got started with a pair of Joy tunes in “Stealing Time from the Faulty Plan” and “Backwards Down the Number Line” before Phish dusted off “Lifeboy” for the first time since December 29, 2011, marking an absence of 189 shows for the Hoist cut.

As the very song-oriented set continued, with the quartet trading in deep improvisation for more songs like “The Line,” “Tide Turns” and “Taste,” the Round Room cut “Friday” appeared for the first time since 2004, or 325 shows. The tune preceded the closing trio of “Waves,” “Julius” and “Good Times Bad Times” before Phish returned for a “Show of Life” encore.

Phish kick off their four-night run in Las Vegas, NV on October 28.
