My Morning Jacket continued their march to Suwannee Hulaween with a show last night at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville, NC.

The show was highlighted by the debut of yet another Pink Floyd cover, this time “Wish You Were Here.” The peformance follows the debut of “Mother,” played previously in Charttanooga. Jacket and Floyd obviously have a close connection over the last year, as Roger Waters used the Louisville rockers as his backing band on several occasions, including most recently at Bridge School.

Jacket also peppered their set with a few other rarities, including just the second 2016 performance of Tennessee Fire cuts “Picture of You” and “I Will Be There When You Die.” MMJ returns to the festival stage tonight with a slot at Suwannee Hulaween.
