The Felice Brothers are preparing a special holiday release for the upcoming season, as they will offer a limited edition vinyl of two seasonally themed tunes on December 9 via Yep Roc.

The 7-inch release will include “Country Ham” on side A and a live recording of “Murder By Mistletoe” on side B. The latter track was recorded last year for Rolling Stone.

“It’s a narrative about feeling lonely on Christmas, and the different emotions that can go with the holidays that aren’t always talked about in the happy-go-lucky songs,” Ian Felice says of “Country Ham.” The vinyl is now available for pre-order here.

The Felice Brothers will play one more show this year, at The Bearsville Theatre in Woodstock, NY, on November 25, before embarking on a European tour in early 2017.
