Singer-guitarist-songwriters Jerry Joseph and Daniel Hutchens will spend a few days touring the Southeast this December. The musicians, both of whom have lent songs to Widespread Panic and collaborated with the Southern jam icons numerous times over the years, have spent time on the road together throughout 2016. Hutchens’ Bloodkin brethren Eric Martinez will also take part in the intimate run.

Confirmed appearances include stops at Nashville, TN’s Basement (12/7), Asheville, NC’s Highland Brewery (12/8, helping kick off Christmas Jam weekend) and Charleston, SC’s Home Team BBQ (12/9). The tour will culminate with Jospeh joining Bloodkin for their annual “And Friends” homecoming at “Athens, GA’s Georgia Theatre”: on December 10. Additional guests are expected to join the Georgia Theatre appearance.

This weekend Joseph will join other area musicians at Portland, OR’s Alberta Rose Theatre for The Band celebration “The Next Waltz.” Joseph will appear the all-star tribute this evening and Saturday, though “The Next Waltz” will run through Sunday.
