Pianist Holly Bowling is playing a pre-show during Phish’s upcoming New Year’s Eve run at New York’s Madison Square Garden where she will tribute the band’s 1996 album Billy Breathes in honor of the record’s 20th anniversary.

Bowling made a name for herself recreating live Phish songs and extended solos for piano and is also releasing a record of Grateful Dead covers, Better Left Unsung, next week on December 9. She will play the Billy Breathes show at The Cutting Room on December 30 before Phish take the stage at nearby MSG.

Tickets for the performance are available here.
