SiriusXM radio host Eddie Trunk recently noted that he’s hearing “numerous reports” that KISS would reunite with guitarist Ace Frehley for a final our in 2017. Recently on his radio show, Frehley joined Trunk to discuss those rumors, certainly not ruling out the possibility.

As Consequence of Sound reports, Frehley said, “I’m not ruling it out. It’s a possibility, I guess.”

The guitarist noted that the “ball’s in Paul [Stanley] and Gene’s [Simmons] court, if that’ something they would like to do to end the career of KISS, if it was handled correctly, it could be great.”

Frehley, 65, is celebrating ten years of sobriety and has been staying in the music world with his solo work. Frehley left KISS in 1982, most recently reuniting with the band in 1996.
