moe.‘s Saturday night holiday show at the Capitol Theatre found the band digging deep into their catalog and debuting some new material throughout the night.

Among the highlights, the first “Linus & Lucy” since December 13, 2013, a holiday-themed offering to go along with “Oh Hanukah,” last played around the same time in 2013 as well. The debuts came shortly thereafter with a new song from Al Schnier entitled “Angel” prior to the “Recreational Chemistry” set closer.

In the second set, a Jim original dubbed “Don’t Wanna Be” debuted out of the opening “Puebla” before another holiday-centric tune, “Carol of the Bells,” wa splayed for the first time since December 9, 2013. Bassist Rob Derhak contributed “Prestige Worldwide,” possibly named after the company formed by Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly in Step Brothers, later on in the show.

In the encore, another holiday-bustout of “Father Christmas” before a debut of The Kinks’ “We’re a Couple of Misfits” to close the show.
