On January 24, a group of mostly New York-area artists will come together at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg to tribute the late songwriter Leonard Cohen, who passed away last month at the age of 82.

Set to play the event are Sonic Youth’s Lee Ranaldo, Lenny Kaye of Patti Smith Group, Amy Helm, Okkervil River’s Will Sheff, Josh Ritter, Dave Harrington, Deer Tick’s Ian O’Neill, Teddy Thompson, Lucy Wainwright Roche, The Woes’ Osei Essed, Cassandra Jenkins and Low Cut Connie’s Adam Weiner, along with a house band of Josh Kaufman, Walt Martin, Annie Nero and Ray Rizzo.

Proceeds from the night will to to help benefit the Preemptive Love Coalition. Tickets for the event will go on sale tomorrow, December 21 at noon EST. More information is available here.
