The Shins have announced they will release their first album in five years, Heartworms, on March 10 via Aural Apothecary/Columbia. The band has also shared the first official single from the record, “Name for You,” and confirmed a number of 2017 tour dates in support of the effort.

Heartworms will follow up the band’s 2012 Grammy-nominated studio album Port of Morrow. The Shins also released Live at Third Man Records in 2013. The new record is also the first since 2001’s Oh, Inverted World to be produced by frontman and songwriter James Mercer (with the exception of “So Now What,” which was produced by Richard Swift). Pre-order the album here.

Watch the lyric video for “Name For You,” which is described as “a resounding call for female empowerment inspired by Mercer’s three daughters,” below, along with the Heartworms art and tracklist. The album also features “Dead Alive,” which the band shared before this past Halloween.
