On January 19, the day before the Presidential Inauguration, Planned Parenthood and All Access are teaming up to present “Show Up!,” an event in Washington, DC, that will feature activists, political leaders, celebrities and more, plus music from Common and The National.

The event, which will take place at the 9:30 Club, is set to bring together many of the nation’s organizations dedicated to securing reproductive rights for women. Along with Planned Parenthood, which provides education and healthcare, the All Access Coalition includes ACLU, Advocates for Youth, The Center for Reproductive Rights, American Women’s Forum and many more. Show Up! is the latest in a line of concerts put on by All Access throughout 2016 in support of reproductive freedom.

More musical artists are expected to be announced soon. Lead singer for The National Matt Berninger, had this to say about the event: “Women should be able to make their own decisions about their bodies and health. This is a basic human right, and we’re at the very beginning of a long and tough battle to defend these basic rights. A concert in DC, inspiring people to take action, seems like a pretty good way to kick it off.”

Tickets to Show Up! are free but limited, and they can be acquired through the partnering organizations.
