Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds played the second of three nights at their destination event in Riviera Maya, Mexico, last night, delivering a set of Dave Matthews Band staples and a few surprises, including the debut of a Woody Guthrie cover.

After kicking things off with the DMB classic “Don’t Drink the Water,” the duo presented a track from Matthews’ solo effort Some Devil, “Dodo” a tune that was much-requested and teased a few times during DMB’s last tour but hadn’t been played in full since December 2010. The two would follow that song up with their first duo rendition of “The Best of What’s Around” since April 2003 and the first “Fool to Think” for the duo since March of that same year.

Later in the evening near the middle of the set, Matthews and Reynolds played their debut of Guthrie’s version of the traditional “Worried Man Blues.” The rest of the set would touch on DMB live staples like “Crash Into Me” and “Warehouse,” and the two ended the set with a beach-appropriate “Dancing in the Moonlight,” a tune never before performed by the duo themselves, but one they helped Michael Franti cover when he opened up for DMB in 2008.

See the full setlist below. Matthews and Reynolds close out their Mexico event tonight.
