Last night, The Decemberists closed out their three-night stand at new venue Brooklyn Steel, and the band treated fans to a full performance of their 2009 concept album and rock opera, The Hazards of Love.

The show marked the first time the band had played the album in its entirety since their tour in support of the effort in 2009. After running through the several tracks, interludes and reprises of Hazards, The Decemberists moved into some material from other albums, including a set-closing throwback to their 2002 Castaways and Cutouts album, “California One/Youth and Beauty Brigade.” The band would then return to the stage for two encores.

The Decemberists are one of the first bands to play Brooklyn Steel and just the second to play a multi-night run there, after LCD Soundsystem opened the venue with five nights earlier this month. See the full setlist from last night below.
