Lettuce threw their annual Rage Rocks party at Red Rocks with a host of special guests joining the band from those who influenced the group to those they’ve collaborated with both in the studio and on stage over the years.

The night not only included special guests but also the return of Eric Krasno and Rashawn Ross, who were both on hand with Lettuce for the show.

Among the guests, Marcus King who joined the band early on for “Love is Too Strong” early on in the first set before Snarky Puppy’s Nate Werth sat in on “Lettsanity.”

John Scofield then emerged for a pair of tunes that he recorded with Lettuce for their 2002 record Outta Here including “Back in Effect” and “The Flu” before Lettuce closed the set with “Do It Like You Do.”

The guests in the second set trended towards those artists who influenced Lettuce as Ghostface Killah joined the fold for “Requiem” and “Mighty Healthy” before Cyril Neville came out for “Gossip” and fellow New Orleans legend George Porter Jr. joined Neville and Lettuce for “I Need More Time/Africa.”

Lettuce then handled the rest of the show without guests as they brought their Red Rocks event to a close.
