A new report from The New York Times on the disastrous Fyre Festival suggests that the failed event in the Bahamas is now under investigation by the Southern District of New York and the FBI.

According to the Times, authorities are exploring possible fraud centered around mail, wire and securities.

The article also details a number of notable issues surrounding the fallout, orchestrated by Fyre Media’s Billy McFarland and rapper Ja Rule, including a note that Blink-182’s gear is still stuck in customs. The band was slated to headline the event.

Employees also haven’t been paid, with a restaurant owner in the Bahamas who catered daily meals and rented villas to the festival crew claiming she is owed $134,000.
