Greensky Bluegrass played a pair of shows this weekend first at the Bluegrass in the Bottoms in Kansas City, MO on May 19.

The band welcomed out longtime collaborator Joshua Davis for “Delta 88” early on in their short set and also brought out Railroad Earth’s Tim Carbone for “Handle with Care.” The encore saw them jam with another fellow jamgrass member as The Infamous Stringdusters’ Andy Thorn sat in for a cover of “Atlantic City.”

The following night at the Susquehanna Breakdown in Pennsylvania, Cabinet’s JP and Patrick Biondo joined in on “Working On a Building” early on in the band’s set. Tom Hamilton then sat in on “I’d Probably Kill You” and remained out for “Ain’t No Bread in the Breadbox” that included a number of Grateful Dead teases including “Eyes of the World,” “Stella Blue” and “Let It Grow.”

For the finale, the group brought out Billy Strings for “Fixin’ to Ruin” and “Burn Them” before the set closed with “Forget Everything,” “Leap Year” and Sabbath’s “War Pigs.”
