Guster’s Ryan Miller was tapped to write a new song for the upcoming movie The Book of Henry, and the songwriter took to social media to share his excitement about landing iconic Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks for the recording.

“Stevie Nicks sang a song I wrote and it has been one of the greatest experiences of my life,” Miller’s explanation begins. He notes that the whole thing started with his friend contacting him about creating the song for The Book of Henry, which premieres tomorrow and stars Naomi Watts. Watts sings the song in the movie, and Miller also teamed up with Thomas Bartlett to record the music for version that would play during the film’s credits. To Miller’s surprise, his suggestion of Nicks singing lead on the tune came to fruition when the vocalist agreed.

Miller met Nicks for a session at an LA studio and admits that he had to ask for the above selfie because, in his words, “she is, without question, one of the coolest and most radical souls to ever visit planet earth.”
