Jeff Tweedy will appear on Late Night with Seth Meyers twice this week beginning tonight as he supports his new solo acoustic album Together At Last, which revisits various material from his vast catalog.

Tweedy will visit tonight to perform the Yankee Hotel Foxtrot classic “I Am Trying to Break Your Heart” and then return again tomorrow for “I’m Always In Love,” originally appearing on Wilco’s Summerteeth.

Together at Last features intimate versions of 11 tracks that draw from Tweedy’s time with Wilco as well as Loose Fur and Golden Smog. This marks the first in a proposed series of releases where the guitarist plans on re-recording various eras of his career. The album is available everywhere on June 23.
