Veteran festival producer Paul Peck, who co-founded Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival and was part of the Superfly team that launched Bonnaroo, has joined Blackbird Presents as Partner and President of Live Production and Programming.

Blackbird Presents is the company behind the various supergroup tributes like this past May’s “New Orleans is Waiting for Columbus” Little Feat event, plus past tributes to The Band’s Last Waltz, Jerry Garcia, Gregg Allman, Johnny Cash, the Nevilles, Dr. John, Mavis Staples, Levon Helm and more. The organization also helps put on Willie Nelson’s traveling Outlaw Music Festival, which kicks off July 2 in Dallas.

“Keith’s concerts have been tremendously inspiring to me,” Peck says, referring to Blackbird Presents CEO Keith Wortman. “I’ve always been dedicated to working closely with amazing artists to create moments that will never happen again. I’m beyond excited to join forces with Blackbird to create new moments of music history.”
