The newest archival release from Phish comes in the form of the band’s June 17, 1994 stop at Eagle’s Ballroom in Milwaukee. The date is best known as the day O.J. Simpson went on his now infamous police chase in the white Bronco.

Throughout the night, Phish peppered in mentions of Simpson including in “2001,” “Mike’s Song,” “Simple,” “Poor Heart” and the “Harpua” that anchored much of the second set as well as a timely “Runaway Jim” show opener. While fans didn’t have cell phones at that time, the band was monitoring the chase thanks to a television offstage while working in references to Simpson throughout.
