Tedeschi Trucks Band headlined Saratoga Springs, NY’s Performing Arts Center over the weekend, marking their largest non-Red Rocks headlining show of the band’s career.

The performance included a three-song encore that started with the Allman Brothers’ “Ain’t Wastin’ Time No More” as a tribute to Gregg Allman. Trucks has said on a number of occasions that the song is one of his first memories of his late bandmate and the one that he went to immediately after hearing the news of his passing.

Following “Ain’t Wastin’ Time,” the group dug into “Will the Circle Be Unbroken?,” another popular ABB cover over the years and just the third time TTB has broken out the tune, which they debuted in January this year.

In related TTB news, earlier in June the band teamed up with Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett in Selbyville, DE for a performance of Little Feat’s “Spanish Moon” towards the end of their cover-heavy set that also included Allen Toussaint’s “Get Out of My Life, Woman,” John Prine’s “Angel From Montgomery” and Joe Cocker’s “Space Captain.”
