A Painting Based on Col. Bruce Hampton’s Final Show to Raise Money for His Family

Artist Scramble Campbell has created a painting, shown above, based on the Hampton 70 show, the final one for Col. Bruce Hampton.

The painting will be turned into a poster, t-shirt and a tote bag which are available for order now, with all proceeds benefitting the Col. Bruce Memorial Fund. The fund was set up to help Hampton’s family with expenses following his passing. All items are available until midnight tonight, along with an option for direct donation to the fund.

All information on the items and donation opportunity can be found here.

Hampton 70 took place at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta back in May and brought together a number of Col. Bruce’s longtime bandmates and collaborators like Jimmy Herring, Jon Fishman, Dave Schools, Karl Denson, Chuck Leavell, Kevn Kinney, John Bell, Duane Trucks, Jeff Sipe, Susan Tedeschi and numerous others.
