The Who’s Pete Townshend will present the band’s iconic Quadrophenia in a classical setting on September 13 at the Rosemont Theatre in Illinois, teaming with the Chicagoland Pops Orchestra and Chicago Children’s Choir for a night to benefit Teen Cancer America.

Also joining the fold that night will be Billy Idol, who will guest with Townshend on most of the dates, as well as Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, a past collaborator of The Who’s and a special guest for this night.

Vedder recently joined another rock legend in Chicago, sitting in with Roger Waters on “Comfortably Numb” during the Pink Floyd’s bassist’s Us + Them tour.
