Brooklyn Comes Alive continues to roll out its special collaborations and tributes with a performance of Green Day’s 1994 album Dookie featuring members of Umphrey’s McGee and Aqueous.

Ryan Stasik and Kris Myers of Umphrey’s and Mike Gantzer of Aqueous will come together to play the album in full, along with “other rock music.” The collaboration joins previously announced Allman Brothers Band and Jamiroquai tributes, along with a moe./Aqueous moe.queous collaboration, a special Eric Krasno & Friends set and a New Orleans-flavored performance from George Porter Jr., Henry Butler and Johnny Vidacovich.

Brooklyn Comes Alive returns to Brooklyn Bowl, Music Hall of Williamsburg and The Hall at MP for a two-day affair September 23–24. The 100+ participating artists also include members of The String Cheese Incident, The Disco Biscuits, Lettuce, Primus, Yonder Mountain String Band, Snarky Puppy, The Motet, TAB, RAQ, Railroad Earth, Antibalas, Dopapod, Kung Fu, The New Mastersounds and many more.
