Gov’t Mule and Galactic continued their run together with a show at the Des Moines, IA Brenton Skating Plaza where they once again collaborated together during Mule’s headlining set.

The first guest emerged during “Stratus” as New Orleans trumpet player Shamarr Allen, a frequent Galactic collaborator, emerged to sit in with Mule and for the encore rendition of “Going Out West,” Allen returned along with Galactic’s Ben Ellman and Rich Vogel, who jammed with Mule to close the show.

The band’s run together continues tonight in Papillion, NE.
