Australian freak-rockers King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have surprised with the release of a new album, Sketches of Brunswick East, already their third effort of 2017.
The album, which can be streamed below, is a collaboration with Mild High Club, the project of Los Angeles-based musician Alexander Brettin. The record follows King Gizzard’s ambitious one-two album punch of Flying Microtonal Banana and Murder of the Universe with a more subtle, jazzy approach.
Listen to Sketches of Brunswick East below. King Gizzard kick off their North American tour at Michigan’s Audiotree Music Festival on September 23.
