Drewcifer have confirmed a handful of September shows. The ensemble features a mix of familiar faces, including Railroad Earth bassist Andrew Altman, The Infamous Stringdusters guitarist Andy Falco, A Big Yes and a small no/Fat Mama vibes master Kevin Kendrick and Marco Benevento/Guster touring drummer Dave Butler. The new project will route through the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, including stops at Washington, DC’s Gypsysally’s (9/20), Ardmore, PA’s The Ardmore Music Hall (9/21), Dewey Beach, DE’s The Rusty Rudder (9/22) and Standope, NJ’s The Stanhope House (9/23). According to the band, the shows will offer a mix of “original material, choice covers, and rework classics from their respective outfits in ways that could only be possible with their unique instrumentation.”

The group’s September 21 show is of particular note to Railroad Earth fans: Boris Garcia are also on the bill and Tim Carbone will join the band during their set. Carbone also produced Boris Garcia’s new release, Around Some Corner. They will perform Around Some Corner during their set.
