Delicate Steve, Lee Ranaldo, Amy Helm and More Pay Tribute to Leonard Cohen on New Live Album

On January 24, 2017, a number of musicians came together to celebrate the life of the late Leonard Cohen at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg, a night that will be immortalized on the upcoming release Sincerely, L. Cohen: A Live Celebration of Leonard Cohen.

Among those who appeared, Delicate Steve, Leslie Mendelson, Josh Ritter, Amy Helm, Elvis Perkins, Lenny Kaye, Ian O’Neil, Lee Ranaldo and many others for a collaborative night that included a house band with New York musicians like Kevin Morby, Ray Rizzo, Walter Martin, Annie Nero, Stuart Bogie, Nick Kinsey and Dave Harrington. The house band was backed by vocalists Jocie Adams, Cassandra Jenkins and Leslie Mendelson.

The album will be available on September 21 across all digital formats, on what would’ve been Cohen’s 83rd birthday.
