The Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles will host a special celebration of Bob Marley’s landmark album Exodus as the record turns 40 years old.
Joining Ziggy and Stephen Marley will be musical director Don Was and an all-star cast of musicians that includes Gary Clark Jr., Jim James, Tom Morello, Citizen Cope, Aloe Blacc, Cyril Neville and Terence Higgins, with a number of additional guests expected in the near future.
“After listening to Ziggy’s restatement of Exodus 40: The Movement Continues, the album struck me as something so powerful and rarely seen live in its entirety,” says Don Was. “I am thrilled to be a part of this show with Ziggy and Stephen, and perform these songs for the fans.”
Tickets will be available September 29 at 10 AM.
