The iconic Arrowhead Ranch in Parksville, NY, which once played host to concerts featuring the likes of Phish, Hot Tuna, Blues Traveler, Spin Doctors and more with booking from Bill and David Graham, has been abandoned for over a decade, but now, the space will be revived and is set to return in the summer of 2019.

The 70-acre Arrowhead Ranch was purchased by a team of investors from the Northeast led by festival promoter and real estate investor Rose Barnett, and the plans for the space include a hotel and retreat with condos, a ballroom, pub and restaurant, spa, museum, outdoor space and non-profit horse rescue offering trail rides.

The goal is for Arrowhead to reopen by August 2019, marking the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, which took place just 17 miles down the road from Arrowhead Ranch.
