Joe Russo’s Almost Dead wrapped up a two night run at the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles with a show that included several Grateful Dead favorites as well as some unique jams and instrumental sections.

Among the highlights, an opening jam that included elements of “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” before leading into “Cumberland Blues” as well as a jam on Pink Floyd’s “Money” in the middle of a lengthy “Music Never Stopped.” Early first set selections also included “Bertha,” “Viola Lee Blues,” “Wharf Rat” and “Not Fade Away.”

The jam-heavy show continued in the second set with an opening take on “Good Lovin’” as well as “Silvio” and a closing segment of “Eyes of the World,” “The Other One” and “Shakedown Street.” Almost Dead then returned for a quiet closer of “Ripple” before departing.
