Guitarist and singer-songwriter Jonathan Wilson, who’s 2017 included producing Father John Misty’s album Pure Comedy and touring the world alongside Roger Waters in his backing band, has announced a new, guest-filled solo album, Rare Birds, set for release on March 2 via Bella Union.

For the record, Wilson employed the talents of several guests, including collaborators Father John Misty and Lucius, the latter of whom were also part of Waters’ touring group, along with Lana Del Rey and Laraaji.

Wilson has shared the first single off the album, “Over the Midnight,” along with an accompanying video, which can be viewed below. The musician will also head out on an international tour in support of Rare Birds starting in Chicago in early March.
