Umphrey’s McGee returned today with their 11th studio album it’s not us, an 11-track romp that celebrates the band’s 20th anniversary this year with an array of styles and approaches, an appropriate offering from a band that continues to push themselves and their music even after two decades in the game.

At recent shows, Umphrey’s have debuted a couple tracks off of it’s not us, giving fans a taste of the eclectic album and showcasing how they will be interpreted in the live setting. At their New Year’s Eve performance in Denver, the band chose album opener “The Silent Type” as their first song of 2018.

Relix debuted a special commentary on album track “Looks” by Jake Cinninger earlier this week, and the group is currently touring in support of the new record. Listen to it’s not us in its entirety below:
