LivePhish has revealed its latest offering from the Phish archives, which takes from the band’s August 12, 1998 performance at Vernon Downs in Vernon, NY. The show was the final one before the group’s Lemonwheel festival that year and featured a number of highlights.

As the LivePhish description notes, 8/12/98 kicked off with a cover of ZZ Top’s “La Grange” and ended with Led Zeppelin’s “Ramble On” into “Slave to the Traffic Light.” After a strong second set, the band offered an iconic encore, debuting their version of Talking Heads’ “Burning Down the House” (with altered lyrics “Vernon down the house”) and rounding out with a 20-minute “You Enjoy Myself.” According to Phish.net, the night also included nods to Jon Fishman’s younger days (the drummer hails from nearby Syracuse, NY), including the dedication of “Possum” to his high-school band Frodo and the Zeppelin cover inspired by Fishman seeing the band when he was 11.
