Multi-instrumentalist Noah Lehrman will perform an acoustic set at a special event celebrating the book How to Rock Your Life: Maintain the Magic of Live Music in Your Everyday Experience by Taraleigh Weathers.

The event will take place at New York City’s Rockwood Music Hall (Stage 3), and $20 Admission includes signed book, discussion, workshop, concert, and meet and greet with Weathers and Lehrman.

According to her website, Weathers has the goal of making every day feel like a music festival. She owns the retreat center This Wonderful Place in Vermont, and her new book helps people “channel the wildest expression of your authentic self on a daily basis, feel those unique music festival feels at home, and find the magic in even the most mundane and uncomfortable of situations.”

Weathers has worked with several members of the jam scene in the past, including Oteil Burbridge and famed photographer Jay Blakesberg. “The creative power of intention, visualization, prayer, hoping, loving, listening, letting go, being honest with yourself, curiosity, openness, patience, action, quietude, and forgiveness is boundless. Taraleigh sees this so clearly and teaches it in this book,” Burbridge said in a statement.
