According to an official announcement, UNIVERSAL LOVE, is a new album of “reimagined wedding songs for the LGBTQ community, celebrating the enduring and overwhelming power of love and music to unite.”

Bob Dylan kicks off the six-track release, contributing a version of the often-gender swapped, 1929 tune “He’s Funny That Way”/“She’s Funny That Way” which has been sung by everyone from Ella Fitzgerald to Frank Sinatra.

Indie tastemaker St. Vincent also appears on the album, reworking the ’60s favorite “And Then He Kissed Me,” to become “And Then She Kissed Me.” Additional artists on UNIVERSAL LOVE include Kesha, Kele Okereke, Valerie June and Benjamin Gibbard.

The album, which is out April 6, was conceived by MGM Resorts, and the company states that it was a “natural extension of MGM’s two decades of advocacy work with the LGBTQ community and the company’s desire to advance initiatives that unite humanity.”

They also noted that MGM Resorts was “the first company in the gaming and hospitality industry to offer same-sex health benefits to employees.” It was also fundamental in creating the Las Vegas chapter of the Human Rights Campaign in 2004.
