The Jazz Foundation of America will present their 16th annual A Great Night In Harlem concert this Friday, April 20, at NYC’s famed Apollo Theater, and set to play the event are Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard (fresh off her tribute to Sister Rosetta Tharpe for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame), guitarist Jimmie Vaughan and more.

This year’s concert will honor Roberta Flack, the recipient of The Clark and Gwen Terry Courage Award, and Lifetime Achievement Award recipients The Heath Brothers and Otis Rush. Also slated to appear at the Apollo are Doyle Bramhall II, Ronnie Baker Brooks, Eddie Palmieri, Nona Hendryx, Isaiah Sharkey and more musicians, plus actors like Chevy Chase, Danny Glover and Bruce Willis.
