Los Angeles’ FYF Festival – originally scheduled for July 21 and 22 – has been cancelled.

“Our team of many women and men have worked tirelessly on this event for many years but felt unable to present an experience on par with the expectations of our loyal fans and the Los Angeles music community this year,” organizers wrote in a statement posted to the FYF website.

The event was set to celebrate its 15th year this summer with headliners Janet Jackson and Florence + The Machine. Additional acts included Future, St. Vincent, The xx, My Bloody Valentine, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and more.

According to Billboard the main reason for the cancellation was poor ticket sales.

Those who did buy tickets will be automatically refunded the entire purchase price. FYF also says they will be working on creating local shows to supplement the cancelled event.
