San Francisco-based ticket company Ticketfly has taken their entire network offline, after falling victim to a cyber attack.

A note posted on the company’s homepage reads, “Following a series of recent issues with Ticketfly properties, we’ve determined that Ticketfly has been the target of a cyber incident. Out of an abundance of caution, we have taken all Ticketfly systems temporarily offline as we continue to look into the issue.”

Ticketfly was founded in 2008, and as co-founder/CEO Andrew Dreskin told FastCompany.com in 2014, what sets Ticketfly apart from industry heavy hitter Ticketmaster is its position as an “independent, progressive technology platform” allowing partners to have more control over the ticketing process and “power all the technology for their events.”

In 2017, Eventbrite acquired Ticketfly for the price of $200 million, from former parent company Pandora.
