Dead & Company continued their tour on Friday night with the first of two shows at BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ, and the band again offered a couple of live debuts over the two-set performance, including a cover of Paul Simon’s “Diamonds On the Soles of Her Shoes.”

Set one featured some Grateful Dead staples like “Jack Straw,” “Deep Elem Blues,” “Loser” and “Bertha,” with a “Jack Straw” reprise to round it out, and Dead & Co. also fit in their first rendition of the traditional “Jack-A-Roe,” with Bob Weir taking lead vocals on the tale.

Set two opened with the usual closer “Not Fade Away,” which moved into “Dark Star,” “St. Stephen” and “Black Muddy River” before a run of “Drums” and “Space.” A couple songs later, the group unveiled their version of “Diamonds On the Soles of Her Shoes” from Simon’s classic album Graceland, marking the second debut of the night. “Not Fade Away” returned to end the set, and the band returned later for an encore of “Ripple.”

See the full setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section, along with some video of the night. Dead & Company return to Camden tonight for round two.
