Dead & Company brought their summer tour to Cincinnati, OH, last night for a show at the Riverbend Music Center as part of their short Midwest swing, and the band delivered another two sets of Grateful Dead favorites, though they didn’t continue their run of shows that featured live debuts for the band.

Set one opened with the classic “Truckin’” which led into “Big River,” and Dead & Co. peppered the first frame with love songs like “They Love Each Other” and “If I Had the World to Give,” plus favorites “Friend of the Devil,” “Sugaree” and “New Speedway Boogie.”

The second set opened with some energy with “Deal” and later moved into “China Cat Sunflower” > “I Know You Rider” before a run of “Drums” and “Space.” Next up was the first of two Bob Dylan covers, “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall.” Dead & Co. would later revisit Dylan’s catalog with an encore performance of “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.”

See the full setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section, along with pro-shot footage of each set opener courtesy of the band and nugs.net. Dead & Company’s summer tour continues tomorrow night in Noblesville, IN.
